Symptoms
When attempting to change hourly rate, the following error occurs.

Failed with Errors Salary Adjustment Approval
"......ORABPEL-30082 WorkflowServiceEngine request to another component failed. Request operation CallFunctionStateless from default/HcmCompSalaryCoreComposite!28222708_26825900/ChangeSalaryApprovalTask to ChangeSalaryApprovalTaskRules_ChangeSalaryApprovalRules failed with Business Fault: null. Check the underlying fault. Check target SOA component for cause........"
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to associate’s Manage Salary page – see hourly rate is set to annual salary
2. Enter correct hourly rate $27.40/hr
3. Click Continue
4. Click Submit, then Yes, then OK to confirm submission.
5. Received failure notification
