On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Business Plan

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to query case insensitive search on partner Contact.

For instance actual email address is -CARTER.Fems@ferth.com but if we query with email of all lower case as below we get NULL response.

To be able to query case insensitive search on partner Contact.
