No Help Text or Short Label for Submission UDF (Doc ID 2337254.1)

Symptoms

When creating user-defined fields (UDF) of type Submission in Configuration > Recruiting - Administration > Fields - Candidate > Submission, the fields Help text displayed in Career Section and Short Label (used in lists) are not available (not displayed).

Only Name and Label fields are displayed.
