Eloqua SSO Not Working After Upgrade to Fusion Application Release 12 (Doc ID 2337376.1)

Symptoms

  After upgrading to fusion application release 12,  SSO to Eloqua profiler and engage from Oracle Sales Cloud has stopped working. User will get following error:


Your request either didn't include a SAML response or the SAML response was malformed.





Steps to reproduce:


1) Set up Eloqua Profiler/Engage
2) Select opportunity in fusion sales cloud
3) Click on tab to sign into Eloqua
User will get an error
