Symptoms
When attempting to configure JERS for Cost Accounting the following error occurs.
Error:
Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #23"
Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Implementation Project
2. Access the task for Manage Subledger Journal Entry Rule Sets
3. Error occurs
