View Service Status Window Fails to Open

When attempting to view service status inside P6 Web,
the following error occurs.

Unable to load data

Request sent with invalid data

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login P6 Web Cloud environment
2. Go to Administer --> View Service Status
3. The error is displayed
