PROBLEM STATEMENT

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Payslip Voluntary Deductions does not have the Summary Data.
But it has Voluntary Deductions Detail region.

Region did not got hidden when payment is 0 in the payslip.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Generating Payslip > observe the summary information is wrong;
2. Payslip Voluntary Deductions does not have the Summary Data.

Region did not got hidden when payment is 0 in the payslip.
