P6 Client Has Poor Performance When Opening Project With Filter

Symptoms
When trying to open large number of projects, with a filter applied, the performance is very poor.
The following event code occurs when open multiple projects in P6 client.
EVENT CODE
VTRAG-0408-2
The event code is about connection lost\timeout, the underlying problem is poor performance.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 client.
2. Open projects with a filter applied.
3. Observe the reported event code.
