Symptoms

A sales order is submitted with a configured ATO model. Upon revising the order and editing the configuration to remove one option item and replace it with another, it is observed the original item is still visible in the configured model (with zero quantity) together with the newly added option item.

The behavior was reproduced with the following steps:
1. Sales Order was submitted with a configured model item #ABC.
It includes ATO-OPTION-CLASS item "ABC_OCL001" under which ATO-OPTION item "ABC_OPT100" is selected.

2. Created a revision and did an edit on the model to remove item "ABC_OPT100" and selected a different item "ABC_OPT200" under the ATO-OPTION-CLASS "ABC_OCL001".

3. Clicked Finish and then Save. Now the config shows up in the UI as follows:

ATO-OPTION-CLASS item "ABC_OCL001" with Qty 1
ATO-OPTION item "ABC_OPT100" with Qty 0
ATO-OPTION item "ABC_OPT200" with Qty 1
