SmartText Functionality Not Available On Description Field in Service Request From Accounts/Contacts Screens (Doc ID 2338529.1)

On : version, Service Requests

SmartText functionality is not available on Description field on the Accounts/Contacts->Service Request.

If you navigate directly to Service Request screen, the SmartText functionality is available on Description field on the Service Request page and also under Messages->Response, etc. But if you navigate to Service Request from Account or Contact page, the SmartText functionality is not available.
