Unifier IOS App Unable To Create Record With Conditional Routing

Symptoms

On : 17.6.0.3 version, Unifier Mobile / iOS App

Unifier iOS App users are not able to create a new record with Conditional Routing.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Unable to create record. Cannot create workflow process."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier through the mobile device utilizing the iOS app
  2. Try to create a record that utilizes conditional routing
  3. When the user tries to Send the record "Unable to create record. Cannot create workflow process." is received


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new records with the iOS device.
