Social Object Conversation Fail to Open in Web Browser When Attempting to Use OSN Outlook Add-In and Selecting "Open In Web Browser"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When using the Oracle Social Network (OSN) Add-In for Outlook, Social Object Conversations won't "Open in Web Browser" in Outlook options.
When the OSN Add-In is open in Outlook, users can right-click on a shared object and see the selection to Open the object in the Web Browser.
When selecting this link, the user is prompted to enter their Oracle Login via Internet Explorer and an error appears.
To reproduce the issue:
- Log into Outlook with the OSN Add in
- within OSN add-in select the conversation that you would like to link to (right click and attempt to open conversation)
