Error 'Outside in SDK has not been configured' When Attempting To Open Attachments In Unifier iOS App (Doc ID 2338847.1)

Symptoms

In the Unifier iOS App, when a user tries to open an attachment, the following error occurs:

File cannot be viewed. Contact your Company Administrator

This was tested by attempting to open PDFs, XLS files (Excel files), and JPGs.

Steps
---------------

  1. Open the application.
  2. Go into 'Documents'.
  3. Select a specific record that has an attachment.
  4. Attempt to open or download any file.
