Error 'Outside in SDK has not been configured' When Attempting To Open Attachments In Unifier iOS App

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In the Unifier iOS App, when a user tries to open an attachment, the following error occurs:
File cannot be viewed. Contact your Company Administrator
This was tested by attempting to open PDFs, XLS files (Excel files), and JPGs.
- Open the application.
- Go into 'Documents'.
- Select a specific record that has an attachment.
- Attempt to open or download any file.
