New Base Salary is not calculating based on Compensation Amount

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the New Base Salary to calculate based on Compensation Amount

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Compensation
2. Manage Plan
3. Select plan
4. In worksheet enter new amount in 'Manage Override New Salary' column for
employee
5. New Salary does not change.
