Fusion Release 12: User Doesn't See Assigned Role In Security Console

Symptoms

 Customer setup auto role provisioning rule to assign employee role to all users, but one user does not seem to have the role after the user sign in to fusion application.


Steps to reproduce:

1.  Sign in to fusion application

2.  Click Navigator -> Tools : Security Console -> Role -> Search and edit the employee role

   under the users tab, you can see the problem user is listed there

3.  Click Navigator -> Tools : Security Console -> User -> Search and open the problem user

   you can see the user does not have any role assigned

4.  Sign in fusion application as the problem user, the user does not have the access as an employee
