Import Journal job is not reflecting any values in Ledger parameter

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Import Journal job is should reflect values in Ledger parameter

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Navigator > Scheduled Processes > Import Journal > Select Data Access Set & Source

2. For selection of Ledger LOV, there is no values in List.



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to run Import Journal Job
