CSM Updating DCL Configurations Wrongly

CSM updating DCL configurations wrongly

There is a Dynamic choice list field in DistributorDCL_c, this has Configurations (Partner Tier = Distribution Partner, Partner Status = Member).
Whenever a CSM happens, the configuration changes to (Partner Tier = <blank/null> Partner Status = Member)

Distributor DCL is a Mandatory field and this issue is preventing Deal Creation.
Please help solve this issue.
