When attempting to merge duplicate accounts an error occurs.

An error occurred when running the merge service. Check the server log file for more information.: Wrong Contact Selected. Please select a Contact from current Account Contact List.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Duplicate Identification batch for Organization
2. Request is created with Status Submitted, Request Type as Merge.
2. Run Setup and Maintenance task Run Request Dispatch Job
4. All the duplicate requests failed with error as above.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot merge duplicate accounts.
