JBO-26092: Failed to lock the record in table ZCH_DEDUP_HEADERS_VL
Getting an error "An error occurred when running the merge service. Check the server log file for more information.: JBO-26092: Failed to lock the record in table ZCH_DEDUP_HEADERS_VL with key oracle.jbo.Key
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to Duplicate resolution
3. Submit a duplicate resolution request
4. Fails with an error.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot duplicate resolution requests
