Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition: Agent Error: "Inconsistent Job IDs" (Doc ID 2339483.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description:

An agent shows as Failed in OBI or an agent shows a status of Agent Failed in the Preview pane in Agent Management.

When viewing the Agents report or clicking the link on the Agent Failed status, the following error is shown:

 

[nQSError: 77006] Oracle BI Presentation Server Error: A fatal error occurred while processing the request.

The server responded with: Inconsistent job ids. Scheduler job id 999 points to ibot /company_shared/..." with job id 888.
A catalog update has been made without updating the scheduler tables. The Administrator should consider deleting the old scheduler job.
