How to Set the Notification Email Approval Link to a Specific Email Application ? (Doc ID 2339621.1)

Goal

User use Lotus Notes exclusively.  When a user clicks on the “Approve” button in the email notification for Incentive Compensation Plan Document approval, they are getting routed to the default email application on the their computer ( Outlook ) . Is there a setting or configuration in Incentive Compensation that we can change to move this over to a specific email application ( ie. Lotus Notes ) ?


STEPS
1) A Plan Document was submitted for participant
2) An email is sent to the user notifying them of the notification task
3) User clicks the "approve" action button and it launches the Outlook 365 program
