TCC: Ping or Access fails when using the Onboarding product (404 Error) (Doc ID 2339812.1)

Symptoms

A TCC "ping" or running of an integration fails with a 404 error.  The product used for the attempt shows in TCC as Onboarding
In TCC version 22A.1, the error message is a status code 403 error for the same issue.
