Page Peek Data being displayed but redirecting to a login page AND links are clickable

Page Peek'd data should remain on the page and not be clickable

The issue can be reproduced by the customer at will (Oracle does not have access) with the following steps:
1. Go to customer login page
2. Login as a user
3. Click chat widget to launch chat
4. Agent takes chat
5. Agent checks Page Peek tab

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, agents cannot see user's page.
