Fusion Learning Management: Unable To Get The Video Published From Self Service

Unable to get the Video published from Self Service
From Employee Self Service, using the Publish Video Action, we have published two videos named "Test", "Manager Dashboard" and logged out of the application. We have received the notifications saying that the processing of the video is completed. Please review the attachment.
Then we logged back into the application and tried to found the video but unable to find. We didn't find a place where we can see all the published videos and we have tried searching for the video with the name, but no results retrieved.
Expect to get the video published
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as an employee, go to employee self service, use the publish video action and publish video
2. it is not showing in "What to learn" section
