On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

Similar issues for two different users:
"Error 1714. The older version of oracle sales cloud for outlook cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group."


"Error 1720. There is a problem with the Windows Installer Package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run..."


are received when trying to upgrade/reinstall OSC for Outlook Add-in.
