On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Payroll
When attempting to run Make EFT Payments process, the following error occurs.

The ESS process has the following error:
"JRFSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server : PublicReportService::generateReportDefinition for reportAbsolutePath [/Human Capital Management/Payroll/Payment Distribution/EFT Report.xdo] Failure: Due to oracle.xdo.server.ReportException: oracle.xdo.servlet.CreateException: java.lang.SecurityException: Security violation: /Human Capital Management/Payroll/Payment Distribution/EFT Report.xdo, user: fusion_apps_hcm_ess_appid, permission: 192 at oracle.xdo.service.client.scheduler.BIPJobExecutable.execute(BIPJobExecutable.java:344)"
