Quick approve/reject icons missing when clicked on bell icon in BPM notification

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Approve & reject buttons available in list dropdown
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receive approval notification
2. Click on bell icon
3. below approval notifications buttons should appear
