Number Of Direct Reports Not Consistent & Assignments are coming twice as position incumbents and as directs cards

There is discrepancy between Org chart and Manage My Team direct reports. When view a TL through the Org Chart, Fusion shows correctly, that he has 4
direct reports. When the TL's manager uses the Manage My Team she sees that he shows 8 direct reports which is not correct.
Happening with supervisor, and it is only occurring when she views her direct report. When log in as an admin do not encounter the incorrect data.
The roles were all updated properly after R12 upgrade and the Refresh Manager Hierarchy Process scheduled to run every 8 hours.
