Unable To CLOCK IN New User Created From CLOCK UI Or RF MENU Of The WFM Application

Symptoms

Not able to Clock IN/OUT from Clock UI and RF screens.

Steps:
Go to Clock UI.
Select the Particular Facility
provide the User which needs to be Clock IN/OUT

Click on either Clock IN/OUT

You will get error "Incorrect Facility" and same with RF too.
