'Import Projects' Process Fails With Error: The Project Number Is Invalid. (Doc ID 2340990.1)

During the 'Import Projects' process submitted based on FBDI template, the request fails with the error below in 'Import Projects Report' output:

The project number is invalid. Enter a valid project number, load the data, and resubmit the import process.

The Project Unit is defined with Project Numbering Method as Automatic.
The ProjectImportTemplate.xlsm FBDI template has Project Name populated on tab 'Projects'.
Project Number is not provided since it is expected to be automatically generated.
