Check In & Check Out Fields Are Not Getting Updated

The customer is using the CheckIn and CleckOut buttons on the Appointment edit page.

When the user opens an Appointment and clicks on CheckIn button the Check In Time field is not updated.

Also when the user clicks on CheckOut button the Check Out Time and the Visit Duration in Minutes fields are not getting updated.
