Symptoms

Supplier > Create Contact
Import Supplier Contact

Unable to create a supplier contacts with duplicated e-mail address. The system returns an error:

Error
A record with value already exists. Enter a unique value.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Contact page/UI:

Go to Supplier > Create Contact, and create two contacts:
Supplier Contact A:
Firstname Lastname E-mail
contactA contactA contactA@oracle.com
Supplier Contact is created successfully.

Supplier Contact B
Firstname Lastname E-mail
ContacontactB contactB contactA@oracle.com
An error is returned:
A record with value already exists. Enter a unique value.


2. Import Supplier Contact process

Populate Import Supplier contact template and run Import Supplier Contact. Review the process output.
An error is returned:
A record with value already exists. Enter a unique value
e-mail address
