Admin Endpoints Do Not Work When Application Key Authentication Is Used

Symptoms

A number of Admin endpoints behave incorrectly (and return errors) when using application key authentication as described in:

https://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/commercecs_gs/CXOCC/Authentication.html

but will display the expected and correct behavior when login credentials authentication is used instead.

The following issues have been reported thus far:

1. 'executeImport' Admin endpoint (https://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/commercecs_gs/CXOCC/op-ccadmin-v1-importProcess-post.html)
The endpoint call seems to complete successfully but when getImportProcess is called for the same import, an error with the following details is returned:
