Unable to Disable/Inactivate User Account Through Cloud Administration and/or Unifier When Using Microsoft Edge

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In an Oracle cloud hosted environment when using the Microsoft Edge browser:
Expected Result: The Cloud Administrator should be able to disable a user in Cloud Administration.
Actual Result: When trying to disable the user in Cloud Administration the following is returned:
Disable User(s) Operation Failed.
Some/All of selected user(s) could not be disabled.
When trying to set the account to Inactive in Unifier the following Alert is returned:
Confirm Password Does Match with Password
