Not Able To Open Assigned Change Order From Worklist (Doc ID 2341215.1)

Symptoms

When you navigate the the Worklist from the Navigator menu, under Tools, you are not able to select and open a change order that is "Assigned."  The hyperlink should take the user to the Change Order.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Navigator menu
2. Click on Worklist under Tools
3. Find an Assigned task and click on it to see the change order
