How to Clear the Queue if the Export Quota Has Been Reached To Maximum (Doc ID 2341336.1)

 When performing an export of the Contacts, the user gets an error message - "Your partial export quota has been reached. There were %1 records exported in the last %2 days. Your allotment is %3 records. You can only perform a full export at this time."

here %1, %2 and %3 being the different numbers the user received during the process - this does not allow him to perform any further exports.


How to clear if the export quota has been reached to maximum?
