CSV Upload Fails to Populate Some Data Elements on the Form(s) When the Record Is Created Through Import

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When Unifier Web Services creates a Business Process (BP) record using an imported .CSV file, the record is created successfully, but values for some of the Data Elements on the Form(s) are not being populated when the record is created.
The values for all Data Elements on the Form(s) should be populated via the imported .CSV file.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into the affected environment.
- Navigate to the applicable workspace and run the .CSV file import.
- Once the record is created, note that some Data Elements on the Form(s) are not populated.
