On Fusion Inventory Management: 11.13.17.09.0
When attempting to import an Account Issue Transaction via FBDI, the following error occurs.

Error Code: The values provided for the transaction source segments are invalid.

-- Expected Behaviour
Expect the transaction to be imported and processes successfully

 -- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Populate Data within the Inventory Transaction FBDI Template
2. Generate the CSV File
3. Load Interface File for Import
4. Run the Manage Inventory Transactions process
5. Error is seen within Review Pending Transactions

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot successfully import Account Issue transactions
