Slow Performance When Changing or Adding Activity Codes in P6 Professional Cloud Connect

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When activity codes are modified or created there is a long delay in the amount of time it takes to complete, around 5 minutes and occurs for all users.
When activity codes are modified or created there should only be a short delay to complete.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to P6 Professional Cloud database
- Go to Enterprise --> Activity Codes
- Create or modify an existing activity code
- Wait period occurs for the execution of the action in the application for 5 minutes
