Goal

When Navigating to the Descriptive Flex field  "Value Set Values" i.e Flex Field Code = FND_VS_VALUES_B , you have the ability  to edit the Global / Context segments  and update its Value Set in the UI.

How do you Import these additional segments in the Value Set Import ?
