On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Upgrade

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Double Scroll Bar on Activities and Note Tab on a Partner
Since the R12 Upgrade on Stage there is a double scroll bar showing on the Activities and Notes Tab of a Partner Record.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Only one horizontal scroll bar should appear on the Activities and Note tabs for Partner.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Partners
3. Click on a partner record and navigate to Activities or Notes.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the button names due to the vertical scroll bar.
