Symptoms

When attempting to login with LDAP service the following message on the Login Page of Instantis occurs.

Message:


Could not find the authentication service. Please check your LDAP Provider URL Configuration.

STEPS

1. Access URL for Instantis
2. Enter correct credentials for Instantis
3. Select Login

Results: Message as stated above
