Symptoms
A shipment is planned with an ERU Utilization. The 'Edit Quantities' action is executed on this shipment to change the Ship Unit Quantities. After this action is run, it is found that the ERU Utilization (SHIPMENT.EQUIPMENT_REF_UNIT_UTILIZATION) is not changed (which should be as the ship unit count is changed).
