Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Performance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Search does not return any records for admin user (Activity)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Search must return correct number of records for admin user (Activity)


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Log into OSC
User (administrator role)
Navigator>Activity

click find
does not return

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot review activity records for admin user
