Not working fine changing account by Cloud Account pull-down on Cloud Service Console Dashboard

Symptoms
If you have multi site cloud account, you can change account by "Cloud Account" pull-down on Cloud Service Console Dashboard.
But, if they are "Traditional Cloud Account", changes may not be reflected in some services.
