Error When Trying To Add/Edit Translation Overrides In Financial Consolidation And Close Cloud Service (FCCS): "...not valid member..." (Doc ID 2342463.1)

Symptoms

You've logged into FCCS and are attempting to add or modify a translation override. When you click Save, an error is thrown, claiming that the selected member is not valid. Depending on the member(s) chosen, the error will look like: "FCCS_Balance Sheet:Balance Sheet is not valid member of Account dimension". The error statement is obviously inaccurate, as the specified member is valid.  The error does not occur if the only members chosen contain just letters and numbers in their names and have no aliases defined.
