Analytics Report Fails With "A C-runtime error occurred (std::bad_alloc) Error codes: ILQWWCUT" (Doc ID 2342537.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view results within a new analysis creation (or viewing an existing analysis from a dashboard), the following error occurs:

A C-runtime error occurred (std::bad_alloc)

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In OBIEE select New > Analysis.
  2. Choose the desired subject area.
  3. Create the analysis and select the Results tab.
  4. Note the reported error.
