How Does Oracle Commerce Cloud Service Fallback Feature Work? (Doc ID 2342646.1)

Goal

Oracle Commerce Cloud Service (OCCS) has the fallback feature that is used when 3rd party tax processing service dose not respond.   This feature is explained in Extending Oracle Commerce Cloud > Configure Tax Processors > Monitor tax processors section.  This article provides additional information about this feature and explains when it is used.
