Missing "Include Transactions From All Business Units" Checkbox after Upgrade to R12 (Doc ID 2342653.1)

Goal

Can't process receipts for Multiple Business Units.  This is because after upgrade to R12, the 'Include Transactions from all Business Units' check box is no longer available in
the 'Search Transactions' page.
