View Service Status Filter "My Services for Opened Projects" Is Not Showing Opened Baselines (Doc ID 2343463.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Administer > View Service Status window when filtered for "My Services for Open Projects" is only displaying the opened projects and not the opened baselines.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When filtered for "My Services for Open Projects" display all open projects and their baselines.

STEPS
-----------------------
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open a project which has publication enabled and also has baselines with publication enabled
  2. Publish Project
  3. Go to Administer>View Service Status
  4. Default filter is "My Services"
  5. Observe Project and all baseline showing in queue
  6. Change filter to "My Services for Open Projects"
  7. Observe that no baselines appear
